Come on out for this 4th annual community event to help support local food shelves in Mower County
Harvest Bike Ride - 8:30 am [REGISTER AT THE YMCA]
Join other cyclists to travel along the scenic Shooting Star Bike Trail. Bike at your pace – a few miles, or
all the way to LeRoy. Riders not biking back will need to arrange a pick up in LeRoy.
Harvest 5K Fun Run/Walk - 9 am [REGISTER AT THE YMCA]
Race for a chance to win a prize or walk for fun along this well-established route around Austin. Runners, walkers, families, kids, strollers are all welcome!
Harvest Fest Expo
Enjoy family friendly activities that promote healthy living in Mower County. The festive Expo celebrates
the season with games, music, interactive exhibits and fun for all ages.
Bring a healthy food donation to support Mower County food shelves. See below for donation ideas.
All events will be held at Horace Austin Park, between the Austin Public Library and the Municipal Pool.
RAIN VENUE: In case of rain, Harvest Fest will be held at the Austin Public Library.
The Harvest Bike Ride and 5K Fun Run/Walk will still be held near Mill Pond.

For the past six years, Harvest Fest and the Harvest 5K have brought together Mower County communities to celebrate the harvest season and raise awareness of the need for healthy food donations to the county’s food shelves.
